I'm forever changed!  Day 1 no, day 2 hmm', day 3, and now I'm addicted.  First time in my life, I'm getting in veggies and fruits every day.  I tossed 9 bottles of vitamins and traded up to my daily pack of sweet little bears.  I will never look back, no regrets.
